1. Services

Our services include installation, maintenance, and remote support for smart cleaning devices. Service requests can be submitted via our contact form. We commit to performing services with professional care and in a timely manner.

Refund Policy for Services

Services are provided as scheduled and tailored to customer needs. Refunds for services are only available if we fail to deliver the agreed service or in cases of documented service interruptions caused by us. If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days after confirmation. Customers may request to reschedule a service once without penalty, if done at least 48 hours before the appointment. Services that have been fully performed are non-refundable due to the customized nature of work.

2. Digital Products

AICleanHome may offer digital content such as software updates, AI cleaning algorithms, or user guides. Access to digital products is granted upon purchase.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the intangible nature of digital products, refunds will be considered only if a significant defect is found that cannot be remedied. Customers should notify us through the contact form within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement. Upon refund approval, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. Transfers of digital product licenses to other parties are not permitted.

3. Physical Goods

We offer AI powered robotic cleaning devices and smart vacuum hardware, shipped to the customer’s address. All shipments include tracking information.

Refund and Return Policy for Physical Goods

Customers may return physical goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the product remains unopened and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. Returned items should be sent to 600 Bedford Highway, Halifax NS B3M 0P6, Canada. Refunds for returned products will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item, typically within 14 days. If the item is opened or used, we reserve the right to deny the refund or apply a restocking fee. Products damaged during shipping will be replaced or refunded upon claim to our support team within 5 days of receipt. Physical goods cannot be platform for services or digital content.
